Conductor's Recommendations act as a built-in solutions consultant—transforming complex data into a curated, prioritized to-do list. By infusing expert judgment into our recommendations engine, Conductor helps you cut through the noise and move directly from analysis to action. With Recommendations, you'll get:
- Clarity about the next-steps with the highest impact.
- Context aware guidance surfaced from the specific data you are viewing.
- Alignment and velocity from expertly curated, simply communicated suggestions for action.
Where to find it
Clicking Recommendations anywhere in the Conductor platform opens a side panel.
Recommendations currently appear only in AI Search Performance—but stay tuned for contextually-relevant recommendations in reports throughout Conductor.
How Recommendations Work
Conductor's Recommendations engine constantly evaluates data signals to identify gaps or threats indicated by your data.
Prioritization
Priority for Recommendations is based on a score, which determines one of the following priority tiers: Critical, High, Medium, and Low. The side panel then shows only the most impactful actions for your current context.
To ensure you aren't overwhelmed, Conductor uses specific data signals to score each recommendation. For example, a recommendation for "Low Brand Mentions" appears if your mention rate is below 30%. However, if a competitor’s mentions exceed 50%, the Conductor's increases the priority of that action to Critical.
What makes up a Recommendation?
Each recommendation features:
- A Signal: The specific data point that triggered the rule.
- An Interpretation: What this means for your performance.
- Why it Matters: The business impact of the signal.
- Suggested Actions: One to three clear pathways into relevant workflows to address the signal.

Want to share Recommendations from Conductor with your teams or other stakeholders? Just click Download Recommendation at the bottom of each individual recommendation to generate a Microsoft Word .docx file.
